Bindesh Rach
Bindesh offers over 20 years of experience in strategy, finance, accounting, M&A, risk management, compliance, public company reporting, capital markets, and various ERP system implementations.
He has worked in diverse aerospace, transport, manufacturing, service, and technology organizations with teams and projects in 20+ countries.
Bindesh held roles within various Bombardier divisions; he also led pricing, finance, strategy, audit, and contract negotiation teams for various financial, compliance, strategic, business, and corporate development (M&A) mandates. At Bombardier Head Office, Bindesh delivered a $200 million turnaround in the company and was Board mandated to expand the team globally to deliver similar risk-based business assessments. He also negotiated three joint ventures that opened up Eastern Europe and Asian markets to the company in both rail and aerospace. As part of the leadership team, he led 12 internal and external transaction teams in valuation, due
diligence, negotiation of purchase agreements and integration, and realization of synergies. He recently relocated from Montreal to Toronto and is providing consulting services to a range of clients.
Bindesh holds a Bachelor of Administration, Finance & Economics from the University of Regina. Bindesh is also a Certified Management Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant.
