Health Standards Organization (HSO) is committed to working with health care and social services organizations through the development of world-class evidence-based standards, assessment programs and quality improvement solutions. Feedback/suggestions, complaints/concerns, are recognized as opportunities to improve services.
HSO welcomes feedback regarding our programs, products or services. The most responsible department will respond within a reasonable timeframe at the point of service. All feedback will be handled in a timely, consistent, and professional manner.
Complaints that involve the practice of an individual health care professional, that are regulated by Provincial legislation or that involve legal action are beyond the scope of HSO’s mission.
