Medication Management Standard – Public Review

This public review from April 16th, 2018 to June 15th, 2018 is on the new standard for Medication Management.

Under the guidance of a Technical Committee comprised of experts working in the field of Medication Management, as well as those who have experience accessing and using the services, the Medication Management standard has been developed to better reflect current issues affecting patient safety involving medications. Technical Committee members include patients and family members; clinicians and health service administrators; government and health services stakeholders; and researchers.

The standard will encourage safer practice and service delivery, within acute care settings to meet demands for excellence.
