The FFCS addresses the traditional challenges of internal communications, while meeting those challenges posed by the complexity of a vertical organization in which the users have different needs. The FFCS therefore helps ensure (accountability of managers and written assessment report) that the right information (written, thus no distortion) is quickly (within 5 days all employees are met) and uniformly (common schedule for all services) delivered to all employees and hierarchical levels (all managers take part; contact is made with all employees (day/evening/night)) and that it is clearly understood (face-to-face meetings with immediate answers and increased feedback so that management can respond in turn).
