The Dial 4 Dinner Room Service model has had a positive impact on patients. Giving patients the control to eat what they want, when they want it, is the concept behind Dial 4 Dinner. Patient satisfaction has improved from 80 to 89 per cent, and food waste has decreased from 41 to 26 per cent. Dial 4 Dinner embraces Annapolis Valley District Health Authority’s Vision of Healthy People, Caring Communities, and Valued Healthcare Teams and Partners.
